Refund Policy

We aim to keep billing simple, transparent, and fair.

Eligibility

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction.

Each refund request is reviewed individually. Eligibility may depend on usage — specifically, on the number of credits already consumed from the purchased pack.

Non-refundable cases

Credits that have already been spent on watermark-free QR code downloads are considered delivered digital goods and are not refundable. If only part of a pack has been used, a partial refund may be considered for the unused portion.

No subscriptions

qrcodeonce uses pay-once pricing only. There are no recurring charges to cancel and no subscription periods to refund.

How to request a refund

Please include:

  • The email address used for the transaction
  • Date of payment
  • Amount charged
  • Brief explanation of the issue

Refunds, when granted, are issued through Stripe to the original payment method.

Resolution

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and resolve billing issues promptly.
