Terms of Service

qrcodeonce is a software service operated by Black Sheep Digital Ltd (Company No. 16989285), registered in England and Wales, with registered address at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

qrcodeonce.com generates static QR codes based on user-provided content. QR codes are generated client-side and stored as records in our database for re-export by the user.

qrcodeonce does not validate the content encoded in QR codes (URLs, WiFi credentials, contact details, etc.). Users are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the encoded content.

Sign-in to qrcodeonce uses passwordless, magic-link authentication. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.

You agree not to use qrcodeonce for:

• Encoding illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Distributing malware, phishing links, or scam payloads
• Harassing or impersonating others
• Any activity that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if these terms are violated.

You own the content you encode and the logos you upload. qrcodeonce processes them only to generate and re-export your QR codes.

We do not analyse or repurpose your QR code content or uploaded logos.

We aim to keep qrcodeonce available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance windows and occasional downtime may occur. We'll make reasonable efforts to minimise disruptions. Static QR codes you have already downloaded continue to function regardless of service availability.

qrcodeonce is offered on a pay-once basis. Paid plans are one-time purchases — there is no subscription and no recurring billing.

Credits purchased never expire and remain on your account until used. Each credit unlocks a single watermark-free, branded QR code download.

When you purchase a plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days.

qrcodeonce is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of qrcodeonce shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
